Krystal Smith, RN, Owner of Napa Valley Senior Living   

Krystal has  been a Registered Nurse for almost 20 years.  She is known for her consistently calm and caring demeanor when caring for seniors, and ability to create a team environment that caregivers want to be a part of.  She partners with families, healthcare providers and her team of caregivers to provide exceptional care to every individual.  She has a breadth of caregiving and leadership experience including hospital care, hospice, palliative care, nursing education, sales/marketing, and managing dynamic teams.   Krystal and her family are part-time residents of Napa.   In addition to leading the caregiving in the homes they also have a passion for music, and enjoy involving the whole family during sing-a-long’s.

Napa Valley Senior Living is also supported by full-time certified RCFE Administrators.  Our administrators are responsible for coordinating resident care plans, resident admissions, medication management, and ensuring our facilities meet all state regulations.
